2754 kcal Fat: 140.48g | Prot: 118.43g | Carb: 259.83g.   Breakfast: Market Pantry Cottage Cheese, Oroweat Original Oatnut Bread, Naturegg Eggs,  Tomatoes, Metamucil Multihealth Fiber. Lunch: Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Wendy's Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant, Great Value Sausage Biscuit, Pasta Roni Four Cheese Corkscrew Pasta, Sonic Oreo Sonic Blast (Large). Dinner: Metamucil Multihealth Fiber,  Cantaloupe Melons ,  Cucumber (Peeled) , Daisy Sour Cream, Doritos Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips (28g),  Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa. Snacks/Other: Great Value Whole Milk, Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter, Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, Land O'Lakes Salted Butter, Oroweat Whole Grains Oatnut Bread,  Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) . more...
