Yes! Finally after about seven days that scale dipped down. It balances on 145 before it settles on 146 so I know that 145 is just around the corner.
I think after the end of four weeks on induction I will move on. I think If I am between 140-145 in one more week then I am going to move to phase 2.
I will enjoy a couple fruits, nuts, beans, and as unprocessed as possible. More veggies will be nice too.
