Only a slight loss today. Which ic completely fine. When I get your monthly visitor it kind of knocks me off balance. I need to get my exercise going this week.. I now have access to videos that should help to get me going. That should help get me up and moving without having to leave the house.

I am A little bummed today, Pittsburgh Penguins lost last night. I am so glad to have hockey back on, but not when we keep losing in overtime. Fingers crossed that was just getting back into routine of things.
203.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
