Woo Hoo !!! Keys, i think, 1/ ChristJESUS' mercy toward healing me anyway(i.e. despite my neglect for decades); 2/ no solids after 7p; 3/ constant, consistent, not overly ambitious weight lifting (and occasional stretching); 4/ no to very lil soda (per week); 5/ remaining mindful of warnings set forth through the UK show Supersize vs Superskinny; pretty much sums it up.
233.9 lb Lost so far: 8.1 lb.    Still to go: 104.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.6 lb a week
