walked 4 miles today.Disappointed about weight gain..I understand shouldn't weigh too often and numbers change constantly..so time for lunch soon Had to push myself last mile to complete.

214.4 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
