I have been drinking a morning shake of coffee 10 grams of amino acid isolates, 1 tablespoon of coconut milk, 1/4 tsp of coconut oil and 5 grams of creatine monhydrate since 7/1 and double that since about 7/5. starting to gain weight, I need to get off the creatine, it is masking my diet.
