Day 3- I am continuing to lose water weight at a brisk pace. I know that the first weeks weight loss is mostly water weight and not predictive of how future weight loss will go. I am starting to remember how I did this plan in the past when I was successful at losing the weight. i just need to remember to purchase a battery for my kitchen scale so I can weigh foods.

Today's plan for exercise is house cleaning! I need to mop & vacuum the house. I also may get in a swim later tonight if time allows.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
