Day 2
Lost a little water weight. Returning to Weight Watchers feels very comfortable. I can do this!! Today I need to make a calendar of meals so I have a plan for the next month.
201.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
