Intermittent fasting, and I made spaghetti yesterday so ate that, but no snacking and eating in a 6hr window. No exercise though. Today is a sunnier day, planning to take the kids out for a much needed trip to the playground.

Hoping to have a good day of intermittent fasting today as well. I really do feel very low on energy in the morning though I have realized that drinking water really does help! I should reach for that more often instead of associate food with all my solutions
