July 25, 2020 trying hard to hold the line. There are times when we start off by impulsively eating the wrong thing and then don't get back on track all day. However by planning to eat correctly from the beginning it's easier. still taking 1/4 of a glypizide. It helps with blood sugar. 165 this morning. My ambition is 164 by August.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
