Dinner at Il Vicino last night, had the SOUP; kind of wanted to cry when I couldn't have their amazing Pizza Bianca, goat cheese, gorgonzola, carmelized onions, and, in my version, calamatta olives instead of ham, But, the sacrifices are worth it...down another pound. So, down 16 since Labor Day! Four pounds from my first goal!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
