As predicted gain over Saturday but still down on the week so not too bad, work hard between now and Saturday and should be a good weigh in then. Can I get to 175 by this time next week?
177.5 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
