43 pounds down after going nowhere for quite awhile. Cut way down on coffee creamer, went to little milk and sugar. Exercise 3-4 times a week now in pool.Starting to like exercise(almost). Ordered a recumbent bike for when it gets cold.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
