Started all over again on Thursday when I hit my high weight of 162! I have never weighed more than this, and in the past year have been as low as 145. But, here I find myself, back in the 160s again. Last winter I felt so good about myself and here I am, right back where I started a year ago. I have been working out regularly over the past year, but I know my eating is what is killing me. I am a sugar addict! In addition to that, I am a mindless grazer, and we go out to eat wayyyy too often on the weekends. I am trying to control these things by not buying sugar trigger foods, being better prepared so we don't eat EVERY meal out on the weekends and paper journaling. Journaling seems to be most effective as it really makes me think twice before I put something in my mouth. I have all winter to get this weight back off, and I WILL DO IT!
