Consistency!! 🐒
Last week Friday I had cake, Doritos and ice cream with my friend for his birthday - ate all the way into my fasting period. BUT I woke up Saturday, practiced yoga, ate my one meal during my eating period and carried on with life. 💆🏾‍♀️

220.0 lb Lost so far: 31.3 lb.    Still to go: 43.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
