Super ticked. Not sure if this is just the order of things or if it is because I didn't go to the gym yesterday.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1666 kcal Fat: 125.09g | Prot: 101.01g | Carb: 33.74g.   Breakfast: bacon bits, egg, mushroom, onion, olive oil. Lunch: green tea, pork chop, olive oil, broccoli, spinach, sour cream. Dinner: prime rib burger, cheese, prime rib burgers, cream cheese, cauliflower. Snacks/Other: atkins chocolate peanut butter. more...

Phoenix - it's a lot to balance between working out, and the demands that puts on your body, and the physical changes going on in your system w/ adapting to a Low Carb Eating plan...just took a quick peek at your food calendar and noticed two things. Avocado is a very healthy fat...and good for you, but perhaps you could cut back your portion to 1/2 and see if that helps. Also, I would eliminate the Atkins bars, and go w/ a good protein shake (low carb) for after your workouts. Not sure how many days a week you work out, or your height but your calories look pretty good. An avg for women is 1500-1800, with the goal of 1-2 lbs loss per week...and your losses look great! So many things can cause you to retain fluids, so don't let an uptake stress you out...it is normal...and happens all the time. Keep up w/ your water intake daily and it'll be gone again before you know it! Best to ya!!!
