RATS. I've not been on my diet at all. My chiropractor suggested I look at Paleo diet and I am considering trying it out. Just basically cutting out refined sugars, gluten and well. Just basically stop eating the junk food. But I still like The Plan, and am going to implement the two and see how it goes.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

what is "The Plan"? I'm on a plan from my local health food store, basically cut out sugar, dairy and processed foods, no flour, no artificial sweeteners. Mostly protein, vegies (no potato, corn, careful on carrots & sweet peas), seeds, raw nuts, olive oil, coconut oil & berries. So far I feel great but only lost maybe a pound, but it is not about that right now it is how I feel! Good luck to you :-)

The Plan is a book written by LynGenet Recitas. It basically just helps you to find the foods that might be making you gain weight. She has a website http://lyngenet.com/ -- and you can go on The Plan from there, she has the diets there (thyroid, men, celiac etc). But the book does explain in more details. From the sound of what you are eating, JMA312, it sounds like you are already into the good ingredients. You probably would find The Plan easy.
