July 15, 2020 I finally weight 166 on one scale and 166.2 on the other. Losing a pound is not easy. I had bacon the other day. Even a little salt makes a difference when it wears off.
Blood sugar 126.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
