I'm actually impressed. Pasta day didn't go that bad
140.8 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2042 kcal Fat: 79.34g | Prot: 57.34g | Carb: 280.02g.   Breakfast: Anchor Powdered Whole Milk, Bimbo Cookies, Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, Marmalade, Whole Wheat Bread, Nutiva Organic Chia Seed, Bananas, Papayas, Great Value Cranberry Trail Mix, Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch:  Salsa de Tomate,  Carne Molida de Res (75% Magra / 25% de Grasa),  Espaguetis. Dinner:  Queso Crema, Dos Pinos Queso Turrialba,  Plátano Frito,  Huevo Frito, Mission Tortillas De Harina Integrales, Natura's Refried Red Beans. Snacks/Other: Bimbo Cookies. more...
