이케아 메뉴가 감량템인 건가요...? 😝

체중은 내려갔으나, 혈압은 올라갑니다... 인스턴트는 먹으면 안된다는 결론이죠... ㅠㅜ Weight goes down, but blood pressure goes up... Should not eat instant food, at night... T.T
