I feel good after my first week, I think winging it has worked well for me so far. I have been on a few walks but have not done any major exercise this week, because I wanted to get into a healthy eating pattern first.

This is the first time I have had breakfest everyday for a week in over a year (since my last diet lol). My sleeping pattern has not improved much but it will take time.

I lost 1 stone in my first week last time I dieted so this time even though I only lost 7pound I do feel healthier for it.

This week I want to step up the exercise and workout a bit more so with a bit of look I will have lost another 7pound next friday.

Overall I have had a tough but good week.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
