1/9/10:
Have not exercised although not really eaten too much - that is costing me for sure. I plan to exercise atleast 4 times a week:
saturday: 8 am - 9 am
sun 8:15 am - 9:15 am
Tuesday: weights
Wednesday 5:45 am
Friday: 5:45 am

let's pray that works

121.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

if you're gonna exercise 5 times a week, you need to pay close attention to setting your nutritional goals, and meeting them. Too little will put you in a nose dive into starvation mode and weight gain! Great goals by the way...and welcome!!! We're here to help if we can!
