Dinner: 2 toast, fresh juice with 2 white cheese, fruit
Monday: Lunch: steak sauteed veges 2 toast
Dinner: tuna without oil salad and two toast a Fruit
Tuesday: Breakfast: a large cup rice milk or tomato sauce
Dinner: milk, skim any one type of candy, fruit
Wednesday: Lunch: Tuna salad without oil 2 toast
Dinner: 2 eggs 1 toast salad
Thursday: Breakfast: Vegetables sauteed, steak, a toast
Dinner: skimmed milk 2 toasts with labina, two fruit
Friday: Lunch: rice, boiled chicken with a light sauce
Dinner: Fresh juice 2 toast with cheese, fruit 2
