I honor your courage to leave an abusive relationship. Things can only get better with time. Focus on you and be the best you can. Stay positive even when times get hard. I empathize with you due to me being a retired police officer and seeing a lot of women struggle to leave their abusive relationship due to factor. Be strong my new friend.

It’s never ok. I went through it bad with my daughters biological person. So bad he had no rights or visitation. Good for you!! Friend you just dropped over 150 lbs ( depending on his weight) you are better off❤️ hugs!💜💚

I'm sorry to hear that this has happened. Working as a 911 dispatcher, I see and hear about all kinds of cases of domestic abuse. I agree that leaving abusive relationships isn't always easy, but it's for the best in the long run. Best wishes!!

I'm thankful you have the strength and courage to her out of that situation. If he ever bothers you again just post a comment of where he lives with a picture... it will be taken care of.

Thank you for all the supportive comments! A little update...I’m all moved in and don’t have to look back. I was able to pack and entirely furnished home on my own and hire professional movers for the big furniture. I woke up today in my new place and couldn’t be happier with my little slice of heaven here 😊
