7 pounds! I might cry! 🥰
198.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Took sugar out of my diet... Cut carbs by 75% and no snacking... Working out a little.. but it's like my body remembered how to do this clean eating thing...

Oh no... I eat all of those things! :( I've been watching calories instead of contact but with results like yours, I might follow your example.
