Just starting my weight loss journey again. I had lost 80 lbs previously. But having a 3rd child at 41 and a sedatary job.. I have put about 20 back on. Ugh!!! I have been reading some of your stories and seeing your food pictures!! (learning to navigate this site) . So.. Hi all!
