boy this is sure going slow ive stayed so dedicated to it eating my 1200 calories & yet i lose only bout a pound a week its gonna take me forever to reach my goal
153.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
