Thanks, almost there! I should probably start exercising now too, but the thought of it bums me out. I reaaaally dislike it and don't even know where to start.

To be honest, there's never a point where I'm like, "man, I love panting and wheezing and sweating because I'm running up a stupid hill for no real reason." But I do like the way I feel when I've done it.

It'll definitely be baby steps for me - no monster hills in my near future!

atriel2. What u say is bang on for me too. RyanF Running (any fast movement!) is a mission but a worthy one. I just do it because I can & I love that I can even if I don't love the run. I love when it finishes 😉 & I love listening to music. I started with the C25K app & I found it really helpful. Good luck
