Finding it hard to eat enough calories. Trying to wrap my head around the high fat and low calories and having to MEASURE my veggie. I am scared about tomorrow wgen I go to the gym. Will I have uncontrolable sugar cravings? I suspect I will after the cadio, like I did before I started Atkins. Not looking forward to cravings. I have to find some other way to indulge myself. Bought Atkins bars and shakes today, perhaps that will help. I am also wondering if I can speed up the induction by rapidly burning my sugar reserves through high intensity workouts.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

as long as you are keeping your fat intake up it should keep you from having cravings also you can look into a protien shake after a work out this will help a lot! are you taking a multi vitamin? this will also help
