P.C. in 1 day
Month of June lost 2.2 kg (76.6-74.3 could have lose 1 kg more but due to party missed 5 days)
At 1 am weight 76.1 P.C. about to start
163.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
