July 6 back to 167 after all. Blood sugar before eating. Letting myself be hungry. It makes a difference. No glypizide and blood sugar shows it if I eat strawberries or cherries after dinner. 155 this morning. Can't burn fat if I snack at my age and condition. But getting weight off will happen. I pretty much saw a plateau for June. July will be different. Goal, lose at least 2 more pounds this month.
