I weighed 252 at the start of the year. My goal is to lose about 35-40 pounds by the end of May. I can do it! I've been doing really well so far. I stay away from deep-fried foods, as well as eating after a long night out.
If I do go out drinking, I stick to low sugar, low calorie beverages. So far, so good!
