I think one more week and I'll be at my original 135 lb goal. That would be 52 lbs lost. I did it. I can't believe it. I'm thinking also about going to 134 or so, so that I can have a "buffer zone" for those times when I might eat richer foods while socializing over the holidays. But I'll be careful. I know of no other way than to weigh everyday. Some people see the scale as troublesome and obsessive but it works for me to have a meter to tell me how I'm doing from day to day. It's objective, simple and logical.
And yeah! I made the 10 week challenge to lose 10 lbs! I lost 11. Cool.
