I cannot believe I've lost two more pounds! Honestly, trying so hard to maintain a certain calorie intake is HARD. And I have to admit I fell off the wagon sometimes. There are days I didn't drink enough water, eat enough good-for-me things, and even ate candy I shouldn't have touched. BUT - I seemed to have kept within my calorie count.
Bizarre. I'm more nervous about the challenge for this coming week: Exercising for 20 minutes a day. THAT is going to be tricky.
I know I can do it, though. I can. I CAN do it.
