Lyds Mom's Journal, 04 July 2020

Ok. Be gentle with yourself. I had a day of eating and drinking with my husband. It was a wonderful day but I need to get back to counting calories. The scale does not lie. So the plan for 4th of July is cucumber and feta salad, grilled portobello steaks, greek pasta salad and blueberry-lemon pie bars with vodka and soda water with lemon and lime.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
