I haven't recorded my weight in so long....two months. Well it is a new year and I am focused on reaching my goal. I know it will be hard because I have so much going on with family, work and CPA exam study, yet somehow I have to keep my health as a priority.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
