Yay my weight is down a bit. Would be nice to see it going it down the slope without all these speed bumps LOL.

Wet and cold spring day today so it will be an inside day. Working on the computer for most of it. I might get on my Wii for a workout later this afternoon when I have brain drain, or to burn off excess nerves after any looming aftershocks - I did sleep through one very early this morning so I am pleased LOL.

Had chicken drumsticks and mushrooms for breakfast. Have just put some old mutton into the crockpot so hopefully it will taste okay tonight - fingers crossed! I have never cooked mutton before....

Wow, Squiggs...nice drop in weight, there! Enjoy the drops despite the speed bumps. Like Stef, I'm so glad to hear you actually slept thru an aftershock! Not happy they're still happening, but as long as there's no damage and you can sleep, that's actually good news. Mutton in a crockpot sounds perfect for a cold, wet day - Enjoy!

Nice Job Squiggs on the weight loss. Thank goodness you are finally able to get some sleep. It's wet and cold here also, but it is fall here. Glad to see those speed bumps haven't totally slowed you down. Enjoy your day.:)
