1072 kcal Fat: 57.20g | Prot: 85.28g | Carb: 45.57g.   Breakfast:  Onions (Chopped, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled),  Egg White,  2% Fat Milk,  Cooked Red Peppers, Wegmans Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms,  Coffee, Fried Egg,  Butter (Salted). Lunch:  Turkey Dark Meat and Skin ,  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking),  Carrots. Dinner:  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh),  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine,  Butter, Wegmans Corn on the Cob, World Catch Wild Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Provolone Cheese, Citterio Hard Salame,  Honeycrisp Apples. more...
