Day 4 of perfect tracking and <1400 calories daily - even with dinner out tonight. Took 2 oz of baked tostitos and 2 oz of 2% shredded cheese to a favorite Mexican restaurant so that I could enjoy the salsa and some refried beans without going over my goal. Had fun seeing my family AND stayed on track! It's a little weird to carry your food with you, but worth it if the scale keeps inching down!
