So I am really trying to loose these extra kilos now. Have a wedding to go to in 7 weeks and would love to loose 7kg before then. Difficult during menopause :) The Dukan diet worked for me before and although it is more difficult this time I would like to give it a go. Not sure if any of you have done the diet but added a glass of wine in the evening - did it still work? So here goes - also seeing a trainer on Monday... Hopefully next Friday there will be one kg less of me!

Looks like your starving yourself. When you go under 1000 calories your body goes into starvation mode. Have a loot at intermittent fasting. I'm a Bodybuilder and it really shreds fat of your physique.

Give this a try: www.sleekgeek.co.za/reboot. I lost 3.8kg in the first month and piles of cm's. And it's healthy, you eat loads, you eat well and never starve yourself. Lots of protein, veggies and fruit. I've also created a challenge on FS which you can join.

Thanks for your advice. I have found it very useful to use a food diary as it shows me how little I eat some days - but I make up for it other days! Hopefully having to complete the diary will give me more motivation to stick to a regular eating plan.
