So, it's been almost two months since I've logged on. I am still proud of myself. I have not gained any significant weight back. The fact that I'm keeping the weight OFF is just as important to me as losing the weight in the first place. Time to hit the Wii Fit hard and the diet even harder. We have decided to make a surprise trip to my parents house for Christmas. I can lose 15 pounds by Christmas eve. I know I can. I also want to keep ahead of the holiday season and not fall behind on gaining lots of weight for spring. So. Today I will be logging what I eat and I have worked out already today! My goal this month is to work out at least 15 minutes every day. Which I do realize isn't that much, but it's enough. I've noticed now that when I don't do my wii fit yoga in the morning, I'm stiff all day. So a few good stretches to start the day. On Fridays-Mondays, I do a harder cardio since our buildings work out room is open when I'm home during the day on those days. All in all, I've got a more functional plan for while I'm at my normal work schedule, problem is, execution. Hence no weight loss in two months, but no weight gain either. Still happy :)
215.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
