I gained 15 pounds over the winter - binge eating of sweets and fats (candy, ice cream, potato chips, fried foods, fast food) piled it on. Did not get out and exercise.
Must curb salt, sugar, fat, now will look out for diet beverages ( water instead ) and stay away from drive through food service.
