1600 kcal Fat: 63.33g | Prot: 107.10g | Carb: 126.27g.   Breakfast: Bakers Delight Pane Di Casa Roll,  Chicken or Turkey Vegetable Soup (Home Recipe),  White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked) . Lunch: Greenseas Tuna Sweet Chilli, Kehoes Beetroot and Ginger Sauerkraut, Manhattan Low Fat Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Indian cauliflower,  Broccoli,  Pumpkin,  Pork Chop (Lean and Fat Eaten). Snacks/Other: Macro Natural Cashews,  Protein Balls, Bulk Nutrients Whey Cool. more...
