1359 kcal Fat: 40.90g | Prot: 112.96g | Carb: 130.57g.   Breakfast:  Passion Fruit,  Granola Cereal, Bulk Nutrients WPI Natural, Lyttos Lite Greek Style Natural Yoghurt. Lunch: Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Kehoes Beetroot and Ginger Sauerkraut, Manhattan Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Damora Thin Rice Cakes. Dinner:  Cooked Vegetable Combinations (Broccoli, Carrots, Corn and Cauliflower, Fat Added in Cooking),  Chicken Meat , White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked),  Indian cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  Protein jello salad,  Protein Balls. more...
