Getting back on my diet really paid off. Lost a pound. So glad to see that. Sticking to straight and narrow, as they say. unlimited fruit just doesn't work out.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
