Thanks, Shir! Being back at the gym has my head in the game. We go to Wisconsin Friday for a couple days but then right back at it. Finally going to make some progress again! 👍🏼

Wifey can you tell the full name of them? We don't really go to stores in Wisconsin when we go to get lake house because it's out in the country. When we go there for holidays it's at my dad's actual house in a city so I don't think I'll find them this time. Is it just a box of those Kodiak pancakes? Walmart has those.  

Someone on here told me it was at Walmart. Hubs looked but couldn’t find it. I’ll have him look again. Probably right in front of his face. 🙄 My mom sent dad to the store the other day for lettuce, he brought home cabbage. We died!! 😂😂🤣🤣 And yes, Kodiak, boxed, high protein.
