I have serious issues with dairy, and fats. I am cutting dairy cold turkey for 2 weeks starting today. I am also restricing my fat intake. The book says " good fats are good", but I heard it as "go crazy on unlimited good fats". LOL
So, here's to today, starting fresh on induction. I've got 24 lbs to lose that have crept back on since December. Idiot...
