Wondered if my sugar intake yesterday contributed to my ravenous appetite last night? Did a Google search and found Scientists say...
and Diets high in...
123.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
