Okay, so after months of not being on plan and thinking i could do it without it, I am finally ready to admit that I can't! Weighed in yesterday and it hit me in the face that I have gained back 13 pounds since my lowest!! In the last 6 months or so-- that's all it took. If I keep up like that, I'll see 196 again in no time, and I do not want that!! So...

Went to my meeting after the weigh in and found out about WW new program-- Momentum. Now, instead of having two different eating plans, they have combined the two and identified which foods are better for you to eat as they are more filling-- so instead of just eating a bunch of 'junk' food with low points, you eat filling food with low points and feel fuller longer. Yesterday, I ate on plan and after dinner, I still had 7 points left-- enough to fill in with the last slice of my daughters chocolate cream pie from Christmas. Got up this morning and did a workout from my On Demand-- with Jillian Michaels from Biggest Loser-- about 25 minutes of a GOOD workout. Eating my oatmeal right now and getting ready to go back to work after having most of the last two weeks off.

I will stick to this and exercise this time and lose my last 24 pounds-- I think I would still like to get to 135, whether my husband likes it or not!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sounds like a great plan! Dang,... I'll be drinking my water today, for sure! lol I so do not want to get on the scales... not just yet. We did have pizzas for Syd bday last night, but it was all thin crust and mine were garlic chicken, so not "as" bad, right? lol Rock it up, my friend! Good to see ya back here!

Great to see you back and focused! 135 seems to be a popular goal number around here! I'll be changing to that goal, too, once I hit my original goal. We can do this!
