I lost weight, but I don't think I really did it the healthy way. I have cut down on portion sizes, but this entire holiday season I've just been putting junk into my body. This week though I'm going to finish my challenges with a bang! Exercise, lots of water, and re-incorporating fruits & veg back into my diet (instead of sweets) is my goal!
148.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
